$30 includes a mimosa after class.
Nancy Uma Teaches a Hatha combination Vinyasa yoga practice. Traditional poses are held longer and some poses are integrated into a flow (Vinyasa). Along with the traditional poses, she will introduce yin (long stretching ) with breathing practice. Wrapping up the class with a long-guided relaxation. She offers an intentional, mindful practice that allows you to connect to your physical, mental and emotional body. A balanced combination leaving the body and mind both calm and clear.
